Shipping Policy

At MoHoCo, we work hard to get your order packed and on its way as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and shipping address.

We offer free shipping on orders over $100.

Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier, destination, and time of year.

Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is the responsibility of the carrier. MoHoCo is not responsible for carrier delays, weather delays, holiday delays, or other delays outside of our control.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow some time for tracking updates to appear after the shipping label has been created.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

MoHoCo is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible at shopmohoco@gmail.com.

If the order has already been processed or shipped, we may not be able to make changes.

Lost or Stolen Packages

MoHoCo is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please check with your local carrier, neighbors, household members, or building office first.

We are happy to help provide any available tracking details so you can follow up with the shipping carrier.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shopmohoco@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

We will review the issue and work with you to make it right.
